Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders ship from our warehouse in California, USA. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery (United States)

Standard shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $9.95 per order. Orders of $75 or more ship FREE. Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier delays may occur during peak holiday season or due to weather, which are outside our control. During the holiday season (mid-November through December), please allow an additional 2–3 business days.

How We Pack Your Mat

Mahjong mats are always shipped rolled, never folded, so they arrive flat and ready for game night. Simply unroll and lay flat for a few hours if needed.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and would like to order, email hello@mahjong-oclock.com and we'll let you know when international shipping becomes available.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package arrives damaged, contact us at hello@mahjong-oclock.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and make sure you get your mat.
