Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mahjong O'Clock purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@mahjong-oclock.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different design is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you'd like.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale or clearance items, gift cards, and any item that has been used or shows signs of wear cannot be returned.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if you contact us before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
